DELIVERIES, RETURNS & REFUNDS

HOW IT WORKS

Balloons Inc. provides helium-filled balloon bouquets, free standing arrangements, and gifting options in and around the Durban area. Delivering smiles to your loved ones when they least expect it is what we do! From helium-filled number balloon bunches to personalised confetti bubble balloons, we’ve got you covered!

If you are looking for a bigger installation such as a balloon arch or garland or a balloon wall, please explore our balloon décor page to find out more. Delivery and set up fees for balloon garlands and arches are calculated dependent on the delivery area and the size of the installation.

BY WHEN DO YOU NEED TO PLACE YOUR ORDER?

We offer a next-day delivery service. All orders need to be placed by 00:00 the day before your desired delivery date to receive your delivery the following day (within our delivery service hours).

You can select your desired delivery date at the checkout. Please keep in mind that deliveries are done between 09:00 and 16:30.

MONDAY DELIVERIES

Orders need to be placed by the Friday before in order to be processed and set aside in time for the new week.

DELIVERY SERVICE HOURS

All deliveries are done with our dedicated Balloons Inc. vehicle by our in-house delivery team between 09:00 and 16:30.

If an early morning or late afternoon delivery is needed, please contact us and we will try to make specific arrangements to accommodate you.

DELIVERY CHARGES

We deliver our balloons using a dedicated vehicle and driver. Shipping fees are calculated based on predefined shipping zones. These zones are organised by postal codes with a set radius from our store. Shipping fees will be applied to your basket after your shipping address has been entered on checkout.

AREAS TO WHICH WE ARE NOT ABLE TO DELIVER

We do not deliver further than 60 km from our store in Durban North, KZN. Sadly the balloons do not make a journey further than this very well!

TRACKING DETAILS

You be notified:

  • when your order has been processed and confirmed
  • when your order has left our hub and is on its way to your loved one
  • when your order and all the smiles have been delivered!

EXCHANGES, REFUNDS & RETURNS

We are unable to accept returns of inflated balloons and personalised orders. Due to their nature, balloons are perishable and are individually created for each customer, therefore they cannot be reused or resold.

Refunds are available for any orders 3 days before the specified delivery date. No refunds are available after this 3-day window before your specified delivery date.

Due to the perishable nature of our products, sometimes they may arrive not looking as intended. All our balloon creations are put together by our dedicated and passionate team who do not allow any items to leave our store unless they are perfect. However, should your balloons end up damaged in transit or your order is incorrect (incorrect colours, balloons, or missing items), please WhatsApp us a picture of your received product within 3 hours of receipt and we will do all we can to rectify the situation. We are unable to issue discounts, credits, or refunds if an image of the faulty item is not provided within 3 hours of arrival.
